NOTE: Depending on the type of commission you get, the time it takes for you to receive that commission may be doubled.If you need the commission in a specific time frame, please specify the timeframe during the pre-commission process.If you have any questions, please refer to my Question and Answers page before contacting me.Thank you!

COMMISSIONSYou MUST provide a reference image of the character you want me to draw with minimal lighting and a reference to the pose they will be in (if applicable)--I have a minor form of aphantasia, meaning it's hard for me to visualize most things
If you want a background, please also provide a reference image for the kind of background you'd prefer, just keep in mind you will be paying extra!
Please read through my TOS in full before commissioning me.
Additional character fees are ONLY if you want a dynamic pose with two DIFFERENT characters interacting. If you wish to commission two characters as separate art pieces, they will be priced as two different commissions.
I do not accept an art trade as a form of payment.
I do not accept "exposure" as a form of payment.
Do not negotiate prices. The prices are the way they are for a reason.
Do not ask me to draw something hateful.
Do not spam me for updates or to commission me, one message is enough! If I don't respond in 24 hours, Email me! ([email protected])

TERMS OF SERVICEThe commissioner/client must be 18 or above, OR have proof of Parent/Guardian Permission!
If the client posts the commission they receive on any platform, they are required to credit me [@Fairnightmare] as the artist.
Please note: A commercial license for the commissioned artwork that a client may receive is an additional 30 USD. Meaning, if the client wishes to sell the commission (Stickers, posters, t-shirts, etc.), they will be required to buy a commercial license. A Commercial License DOES NOT MEAN you own the copyright to the piece, meaning you are still required to follow the ToS.
If the client requests a refund, it will depend on the piece and how far along the piece is towards completion. If the piece is completed, the client will NOT receive a refund.
Any attempts to make me work for "exposure" will result in the client being blacklisted.Resale of the Artwork is not permitted unless a commercial license is purchased alongside the artwork. The client is allowed to gift the artwork to a friend or family member, given that the recipient follows the ToS
The Client is not permitted to use my art for the production of AI images, animation, AI training, etc. Using my art for anything related to AI will result in a breach of ToS and will get the client blacklisted without possible removal.
